With the Coyotes' new leader, Slick Clyde, leading OMAR during the twilight of his life in 2017, Clyde muses that a failure to conquer the United States (which has embraced nuclear and sustainable energy) would be his greatest regret. Their plan is to change history by stealing prototype time machines from Stanford University's quantum physics laboratory, travel back to the 1970s, and eliminate the Watchers to ensure OMAR's absolute supremacy.
