Parasite Eve II (USA) (Disc 1)(PS1) DESCRIPCION: Parasite Eve II is a single-player horror video game released in 2000 by the Japanese company Squaresoft for the Sony PlayStation video game console. Unlike its predecessor, Parasite Eve, which is a role-playing game, it is a role-playing game. One of the most notable aspects of the game is the sudden change that Squaresoft made in the gameplay when they realized that Parasite Eve was designed more as a third-person shooter than an RPG. In this installment it takes on a more Resident Evil-style appearance, being able to run with a gun in hand and entering into battle with monsters that are already in a room, and not that appear out of nowhere, when you are close to them, at the start of the battle. Also very notable is the variety of weapons, ammunition and enemies present that were not included in the previous installment, reaching three different ammunition for weapons; pistols, shotguns, machine guns, assault rifles and grenade launchers. Enemies appear in various colors and are capable of attacking and even swallowing the character, using psychic attacks or physical attacks such as punches or bites, a much more dynamic structure than Parasite Eve.
